Весь раздел не имеет никакого отношения к стандартам. DNV (Det Norske Veritas)- это норвежское классификационное общество, работающее в области судостроения и издающиее свои нормативные документы (правила) не являющиеся стандартами. Общество входит в МАКО - Международную ассоциацию классификационных обществ, в которую входят ведущие мировые классификационные общества, такие как Lloyd (Англия), ABS (США), Veritas (Францмя), Российский морской регистр судоходства, Germanisher Lloyd (Германия) и другие, всего на начало 2014 11 обществ. С сентября 2014 года DNV и Germanisher Lloyd объединились в единое общество DNVGL. На некоторый период действуют правила обоих обществ. Все эти общества издают свои правила и они находятся в Транспорт\Судостроение\Руководства, инструкции, правила, положения (например Правила классификации и постройки морских судов Российского морского регистра судоходства, ABS. Lloyd.
Germanisher Lloyd имеет раздел в Транспорт\Судостроение\Руководства, инструкции, правила, положения\..., который необходимо переименовать в DNVGL- Det Norske Veritas - Germanisher Lloyd и перенести туда все материалы данного раздела. Вообще то данные материалы относятся как к нормам проектирования и постройки судов, так и к их эксплуатации.
Еще лучше бы создать раздел Транспорт\Судостроение\Правила классификации и постройки судов с подразделами по обществам, в том числе и не входящим в МАКО, юрисдикция которых распространяется на флот внутреннего плавания (Российский речной регистр, Регистр судоходства Украины, Казахстана, ГИМС России). Раздел может быть очень большим, так как уже сейчас на сайте таких материалов много.

Думаю, что логичное предложение создать в корне раздела Транспорт в группе разделов Водный транспорт раздел, например: Документация по строительству и эксплуатации водных средств, а в нем уже структурировать по отдельным подразделам.
Возьмётесь за сбор ссылок на разделы и конкретные файлы? Конечно, если не будут против модераторы разделов Стандарты.

Документация по строительству и эксплуатации водных средств - это не то. Необходим раздел Правила и руководства классификации и строительства судов. Документация по строительству судов не может размещаться без согласия правообладателей, за нарушение - невероятно большие штрафы, поэтому, даже если документация по строительству судов (проекты) будут в той или иной части предлагаться, ее в соответствии с законом запрещено публиковать. Документация по эксплуатации судов - нормативная РД31 по судам морского флота России есть в разделе РД транспорта (может быть создан раздел РД водного транспорта).
Раздел Правила и руководства классификации и постройки судов может быть создан в Транспорт\Судостроение с переносом из Транспорт\Судостроение\Руководства, инструкции, правила, положения. В раздел Правила и руководства классификации и строительства судов следует помещать только нормативные документы (Правила и руководства) без выпускаемых ими же других публикаций, не нормативного характера (Научно-технические сборники РС, сборников нормативно-методических материалов). Следует иметь в виду, что ряд обществ - это страховые организации, работающих в очно многих отраслях, в частности, к таким относятся и DNV и GL.
Для материалов РС можно поместить ссылку с переходом на официальный сайт http://www.rs-head.spb.ru/ru/register/publications/list.php?SECTION_ID=96. Правила РС, размещенные для свободного доступа и скачки без регистрации на официальном сайте тоже давать ссылкой http://www.rs-head.spb.ru/ru/register/publications/list.php?SECTION_ID=93
В наш раздел необходимо помещать более ранние документы 1915-2012 годов, необходимые для судов в эксплуатации (для них действуют правила года постройки судна, кроме требований, вводимых международными конвенциями, если в них указан иной срок действия). Аналогично можно поступить и по Правилам других обществ, публикующие в свободном доступе действующие документы для пользования БЕЗ ПРАВА ИХ РАСПРОСТРАНЕНИЯ ТРЕТЬИМИ ЛИЦАМИ.
По существу, помещение на сайте многих текстов Правил нарушает этот порядок. Но, если правообладатели не имеют претензий, то помещать такие документы (до первого протеста) можно, особенно, если публикуются не действующие документы.
